All loan approvals are subject to comprehensive creditworthiness assessment including credit history review, income verification, and debt-to-income ratio analysis. Interest rates, loan amounts, and repayment terms are determined individually based on your financial profile and current market conditions.
Investment products including mutual funds, stocks, and gold involve inherent risk, including possible loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results. We provide educational resources and professional guidance but do not guarantee specific investment outcomes.
Insurance coverage is subject to the specific terms, conditions, exclusions, and deductibles outlined in each individual policy document. Cash Funding Pathway acts as a licensed insurance broker and does not underwrite policies directly. Claims processing and coverage determinations are made by the respective insurance underwriters.
Home and auto warranty plans are service contracts, not insurance policies, and coverage is limited to the specific components and systems listed in your plan document. Pre-existing conditions, improper maintenance, and cosmetic damage are excluded from coverage.
All fees associated with our services are disclosed in writing before you commit to any product. Wealth management fees range from 0.75% to 1.25% annually on assets under management. Loan origination fees, insurance commissions, and warranty plan costs are itemized in your service agreement.
All payments processed through our digital payment platform including credit card transactions, P2P transfers, and bill payments are subject to our processing terms. Transaction limits, processing times, and fees vary by product type and are subject to fraud detection monitoring.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Cash Funding Pathway in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Financial markets are inherently volatile, and all financial products carry varying degrees of risk. Loan defaults may result in asset seizure and credit score damage. Investment values fluctuate and may result in principal loss. You acknowledge these risks and accept responsibility for your financial decisions.
All content on our platform including software, analytics tools, educational materials, branding, and proprietary methodologies are the intellectual property of Cash Funding Pathway. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written authorization.
We continuously improve our platform and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue specific features, products, or services with reasonable notice. Material changes to service offerings that affect your active products will be communicated at least 60 days in advance.
Either party may terminate service engagement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding financial obligations including loan repayments, insurance premiums, and investment management fees must be settled according to existing agreements. We reserve the right to close inactive profiles after 12 months of no activity.
